Version 1.0 · effective Feb 1, 2026

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what businesses may not do with the cafealty platform, and the responsibilities that come with running loyalty programmes and games. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited conduct

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of gambling, lottery, prize-promotion, or consumer-protection law applicable where you operate.

Advertising a reward you do not intend to provide, or describing a reward in a way that misleads a customer about what they will receive.

Manipulating loyalty balances or game outcomes to deny a customer a benefit they have properly earned.

Attempting to access another business's data, or any account you have not been authorised to use.

Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the platform without written permission, or interfering with its normal operation.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

Uploading unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, or infringing content, including menu items, reward descriptions, images, and branding you do not hold the rights to.

Sending unsolicited marketing to customers in breach of applicable rules, or using data collected through the platform for a purpose the customer would not reasonably expect.

3. Your responsibilities when running promotions

You are responsible for ensuring a loyalty programme or game you run is lawful where you operate, including any registration, disclosure, or licensing requirement that applies to prize promotions.

You are responsible for honouring the rewards you configure, including where a reward proves more popular than expected.

You are responsible for the tax treatment of rewards and discounts you provide.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires before collecting a customer's details or contacting them, and for making the terms of your own promotion clear to participants.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the menu, reward, and branding content you publish through the platform.

4. Reporting and enforcement

Suspected misuse can be reported through the contact form on this site or the support address in the footer.

Where this policy is breached we may require the breach to be corrected, suspend the feature or account concerned, or terminate access. We will act proportionately, and immediately where there is a risk to customers, other businesses, or the platform.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the text currently in force.
